":Duett" - the name says it all on this album, the second one from ASP. Finally, fans have the opportunity to own this limited edition picture vinyl. Not only did the second chapter of the cycle propel the musicians to their final breakthrough on the dancefloors of the gothic scene, but it also shed much light on the story of the Black Butterfly. The overarching story was mainly explained in the trance-like "Kleine Ballade vom Schwarzen Schmetterling" (Little Ballad of the Black Butterfly), which was ingeniously illustrated by Pit Hammann in the eponymous picture book. In "Versuchung" (Temptation), the listeners witness a conversation between two beings who can't be with or without each other. This inner conflict allowed many listeners to embark on a compelling and relatable journey into their own selves.

The energetic "Kokon" (Cocoon) - still heavily influenced by the electronic sound of the early days - also found a special place in the hearts of fans and proved to be a veritable headbanger, especially in a live context. Other all-time fan favorites like the epic "Schwarz" (Black) or the angry "Besessen" (Obsessed) complete this masterpiece and already demonstrate the musical and lyrical versatility of ASP's work right from the beginning of their career.
